These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Studio Flavored, located in Alkmaar, Chamber of Commerce number: 99321645 (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking our services, the Client (“you”) agrees to the following:
1.1 We provide photography, creative direction, and visual content production, primarily for the hospitality industry.
1.2 The scope of work, pricing, deliverables, and timelines are defined in the proposal or booking confirmation (“the Agreement”).
1.3 Any changes requested by the Client after confirmation may affect cost and timing.
2.1 A booking is confirmed only once the Agreement is accepted and the required payment has been made.
2.2 Full upfront payment is the standard payment requirement for all projects, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing by Studio Flavored.
2.3 Any alternative payment arrangement is offered at our sole discretion and does not establish a precedent for future projects.
2.4 If an invoice is not paid within the stated term, we may cancel the booking without liability or obligation to reschedule.
2.5 No deliverables will be released, and no licensing rights will be granted, until all outstanding invoices have been paid in full.
2.6 Additional costs arising during the project (e.g., extra retouching, extended licensing, reshoots) will be invoiced separately and must be paid before final delivery.
3.1 Cancellations must be made in writing.

3.4 If we must cancel due to force majeure (e.g., illness, severe travel disruptions), we will offer a new date or provide a refund for services not yet delivered. No additional compensation can be claimed.
